Stamenia (Stephanie) Tzouganatos, an associate of Gelb & Gelb LLP, is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She graduated from Boston College (B.A. 2001 magna cum laude ) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2004 cum laude ) where she was a member of the Law Review and was awarded Suffolk University Law Review Best Competition Piece in Case Series, 2003.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Tzouganatos represents clients in federal and state court litigation, arbitration and regulatory proceedings.  She concentrates in the areas of business, securities, non-competition agreements, corporate raiding and trade secrets, employment and probate law.
